Barack Obama managed to raise $40M this past month in campaign contributions, compared to Hillary Clinton’s $20M. Obama has shown that he is willing to embrace change and adapt to the changing world making it easy to donate, even small amounts directly through his website. I find it so interesting to see how political campaigns have evolved so much over the past decade to incorporate websites like MySpace, Twitter and Facebook to raise awareness among younger voters and encourage them to voice their opinions by voting and contributing/working for campaigns. Obama has amassed the largest volunteer army of supporters to date who go out and canvas the country trying to raise support and funds for a candidate many have compared to JFK in both mannerisms and ideals.

its good to see people from our generation taking this type of intrest in politics…
i think that we need to keep in mind what a president in non-wartime really does… they represent our country. to our kids, to us, to the rest of the world… so for those that arent counting Obama’s karisma in stacks against his experience… remeber either way were not stuck with bush after its all said and done.
great blog by the way…
